Good value, room was well furnished, staff were knowledgeable. This hotel had a riverside position in an extraordinary location in the Sarapuqui area.

The room is airy and brand-new, comes with a marvoulous garden and the bedroom, for instance. The staff are amiable and knowledgeable, giving their best to make the stay a really nice experience. Its location is beautiful short walk to the river and the trails, Heliconia Island, and the jungle...

We really liked the spacious and nicely decorated room with all the necessary furniture, and the staff was super helpful. They were the best! the place is situated in a beautiful building in an amazing natural setting 🌿.

I liked this trendy boutique hotel. the food was outstanding, and the staff was really helpful. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had enormous windows. Each room had a terrace with big windows. the venue is in a quiet location near a splendidly-planned huge garden and Costa Rica's awesome island garden, as well as waterfalls. Additionally, it is located on an adjacent scenic river. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, the highlight of my stay was the stunning waterfall on the property. It was truly awe-inspiring to know that this very waterfall was featured in a scene from the movie "After Earth" starring Will Smith. Just standing near it and taking in its beauty was a surreal experience.

Although my overall experience was fantastic, I do have one minor issue to mention.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

During my recent business trip to Sarapiqui, my director chose Heliconia Island Bed & Breakfast for our stay, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The highlight of our experience was the stunning waterfall located on the property, which was actually used in a scene from the movie "After Earth" starring Will Smith. The sight of this impressive waterfall definitely added a touch of excitement to our stay and made it memorable.

What an amazing experience! We had such a wonderful time surrounded by lush and stunning gardens. the service was outstanding, and the staff was really helpful. the location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport and close to many activities. We enjoyed exploring the nearby rainforest and going on a rafting trip during our stay. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. the only downside is that the road could be a bit tricky during the rainy season, but the staff was very helpful in providing us with alternative routes and suggestions.

Beautiful gardens with an abundance of wildlife. Delicious welcome juice upon arrival and helpful hosts. Enjoyed a fantastic night walk and saw many animals. Clean and comfortable rooms with hot showers. Also, complimentary tubing in the river! highly recommend this unique and special place!

Beautiful gardens and excellent bird watching opportunities. The variety of plants attracts many species of birds, some of which are hard to find elsewhere. The location is remote, perfect for a romantic escape with your partner. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great view.

There isn't much to do around the property besides birdwatching. It might be too remote for some travelers seeking more activities.
